01 - Church Coordinator Registration
Responsibilities

Communication between NCYM & your church

Complete online registration for your students

Complete payment for all participating students

Distribute performance times to students & parents
*Coordinators will receive a link within 2 business days in order to complete Step 2, Student Registration.
03 - Payment
Pay automatically online through your Brushfire registration.
ON TIME REGISTRATIONS | $35 and $15 FOR EVERY ENTRY
(On-Time ends March. 10, 2024)
LATE REGISTRATIONS | $40 PER ENTRY
(Late registration ends March. 20, 2024)
•Basketball Tournament will be included for $50 per team
•eSports comp will be available, $10 add on fee for entry
*All fees are nonrefundable
